Most growth advice assumes you have unlimited energy and a team that never sleeps. This programme starts from a different place: you have 8 working hours, real constraints, and a business that already runs on thin margins of time and attention.

What this programme addresses

We look at 3 core pressure points that slow revenue growth in small and mid-sized businesses: pricing that undersells, sales processes that leak at the follow-up stage, and operational bottlenecks that stop you from taking on more clients. Each session ties directly to one of these areas.

Who tends to get the most from it

Owners of service businesses turning over between €150,000 and €900,000 annually find this format most useful. You should already have at least 2 staff or contractors, because several exercises involve reviewing how work is distributed across your team.

How sessions are structured

Each of the 6 weekly sessions runs for 90 minutes. The first 45 minutes cover a specific concept with worked examples from real businesses. The second 45 minutes are used for group problem-solving on participants' actual situations. There are no slide decks to memorise — only tools you apply the following week.

Orlaith Fennessy, who runs a Dublin-based consultancy, said the pricing module alone helped her restructure 4 service packages in a way that felt honest to clients and added clarity to her own offering.

Results depend heavily on what you put in between sessions. Participants who complete the weekly tasks consistently tend to see measurable changes within 8 to 12 weeks of finishing the programme.

What this program covers

Programme Outline

  1. Session 1 — Pricing Audit: Reviewing your current rates against market positioning and cost structure. Identifying where you are leaving money on the table without realising it.
  2. Session 2 — Sales Pipeline Review: Mapping where leads drop off. Building a follow-up sequence that does not feel pushy but keeps conversations alive for up to 30 days.
  3. Session 3 — Capacity Planning: Calculating your real delivery ceiling. Understanding how to add 15–20% more client work without adding equivalent hours.
  4. Session 4 — Team Task Distribution: Identifying which tasks only you can do versus tasks that drain your time but could be handled by others with the right brief.
  5. Session 5 — Retention and Repeat Revenue: Designing simple check-in processes that increase the likelihood of repeat work and referrals from existing clients.
  6. Session 6 — 90-Day Growth Plan: Each participant leaves with a written plan covering 3 specific actions, assigned responsibilities, and a realistic timeline.

All sessions are recorded. Participants receive access to recordings for 6 months after the programme ends.
